More about Connect to Wellbeing:

Neami National is the lead agency that delivers the Connect to Wellbeing North Coast program. Neami is a community-based organisation providing services to improve mental health and wellbeing in local communities.

Connect to Wellbeing North Coast helps people to connect with mental health and alcohol & other drugs (AOD) services across the NSW North Coast region. Following a ‘no wrong door’ approach, the service provides a flexible, responsive, single point of contact for consumers, carers, GPs, allied health professionals, and other agencies who are seeking to access or refer people to mental health and alcohol & other drugs (AOD) services. The service is being progressively rolled out and currently provides mental health and AOD service navigation, as well as intake for Healthy Minds and an ‘on referral’ point for NewAccess. Connect to Wellbeing is funded by the North Coast Primary Health Network.
