What we do
Our Emergency Relief program provides one-off or short-term support to individuals
and families experiencing financial hardship.
We offer assistance such as essential food vouchers, as well as practical tools and information to help you manage your current financial situation. Our team can also provide budgeting advice and connect you with other relevant services to help strengthen your long-term financial resilience.

Who it's for
Residents of Clarence Valley, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca, Bellingen, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, MidCoast, Ballina, Byron, Kyogle, Lismore, Tweed and Richmond Valley Local Government Areas.
How we assist you
Our team can support you with things like budgeting, finding the right financial tools and resources, and linking you to relevant services. We can also provide a voucher to help with essential items such as groceries.
If you feel you would benefit from additional support, we also offer case management.
When we are available
Mondays & Tuesdays – Richmond/Tweed region. Tuesdays & Fridays – Grafton/Coffs and Mid North Coast regions. Sometimes the service is at capacity, so we need to put bookings on hold. If we are full, please try again soon.

Appointments are between 30 and 60 minutes and are available either:

What the team's been working on
We’ve recently received additional funding to support individuals and families living in the Richmond/Tweed regions.
We have also compiled some useful tools and resources on our website to help you access other financial supports and to build your financial knowledge and skills.
