What we do
All One Under the Sun (AOUTS) is a youth-led anti-racism project that brings young people together, using the arts to build social cohesion, understanding, and harmony. Finding common ground and creating a community our young people want to be part of is at the heart of this program.
Who it's for
This program welcomes all young people from 12 to 25 years of age but is especially created for First Nations people, refugees, migrants, and non-aboriginal Australian-born teens and young adults.
How we assist you
Thanks to the AOUTS initiative, we’ve created the opportunity for our young people to shape an inclusive and connected community using their artistic talents. In this program, teens and young adults learn about each other’s cultures, backgrounds and traditions in a safe, fun, and engaging space.
When we are available
Programs run in partnership with school and community programs during school hours, after hours, and on weekends.

What the team's been working on
The creation of an original theatre show ‘Stand Up Stand By’ at the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium in June 2022 with students from Orara High School. The show explored the role of the bystander in standing up to racism in our community. In 2023 a second season will take place at Jetty Theatre.
Stories
Our song, film clip and documentary were launched at the Jetty Theatre in April 2022, featuring First Nations cultural performances, alongside slam poetry and a performance of the original song by 20 young people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
