Position Overview:

This position plays a pivotal role in assisting and resourcing the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service. A part-time position (35 hours per week over 5 days each week) is available in our Coffs Harbour office, covering for up to 5-6 months in line with parental leave requirements.

Who we are looking for:

The Administration Assistant role is pivotal in assisting and resourcing the organisation in the delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer service, and applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated ability to strongly and consistently align behaviours, attitudes and conduct with the organisation’s values, culture and code of conduct
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar or relevant role
• Very effective communication and professional relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy including Intermediate skills in Microsoft software including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Willingness and ability to travel

About the Operations Team

Our Operations team provides support to the whole organisation across all operational areas and plays a crucial role in supporting various functions, including (but not limited to) admin, logistics, IT, safety and risk management, and overseeing our organisational vehicles.
