Living Well Expo 2026 – Stallholder Registration

The Living Well Expo is a free community event designed to support and connect older people, people living with disability, and their carers. The Expo focuses on improving health outcomes and strengthening social connections within our Mid North Coast community.

This vibrant event aims to inform, inspire and empower attendees by providing direct access to practical supports, essential services and community organisations that help people live their best lives.

With more than 50 information stalls, visitors can explore a wide range of health, recreational, educational and social supports. On the day, there will also be on-site service providers and mobile outreach vans offering convenient access to important supports and information. Food and refreshments will be available, along with a range of accessibility supports to ensure an inclusive and comfortable experience for everyone.

This year's event will be held on Wednesday, 13th May 2026 from 10am to 2pm.

Stallholder registrations close at 5pm on Tuesday, 5th May.

Stallholder Registration Definition:
(You will need to know this to figure out your ticket cost)

General Stallholder
A general stallholder is a business or vendor participating in the event to promote and sell their products or services. The stallholders are either for-profit organisations or service providers that deliver a product under government funding allocations.

Community-based Stallholder
A community-based stallholder represents a not-for-profit group, social enterprise, school, local club, or grassroots initiative with a significant focus on community impact rather than commercial profit. These stalls aim to raise awareness, engage with locals, or fundraise for a cause — showcasing the heart and spirit of the vibrant Mid North Coast Community.

Ticketholders may be requested to provide further information to ensure alignment with the spirit of this stall type at request.
