This year’s Youth Week turned out to be an action-packed week in Coffs Harbour!
The Jetty Foreshores came alive as we kicked things off with Youthfest, a vibrant music event co-created by young people for young people, featuring more than 26 stalls, $3,000 worth of prizes, free food and merchandise, live bands, a silent disco and a DJ. The event also hosted the Youth Week awards, where young people in our community are recognised for their achievements outside of sport and academics.
The week also included a skate clinic at Brelsford Park, and a spray-paint mural workshop on Vernon Street.
A big thank you to Toormina Gardens Shopping Centre and the Sustainability Program of the City of Coffs Harbour for their major contributions in making Youthfest such a success.
