Emotional Freedom Techniques is a scientifically-proven technique, commonly referred to as EFT or Tapping. Emotional distress can compromise both our physical and mental health. Tapping on specific acupuncture points while focusing on the emotional issues, can rapidly reduce the impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.

By the end of the 1-hour workshop, you will:

• Be introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques as a stress-management tool
• Experience the benefits of Tapping
• Learn a basic soothing technique for stress management
A few participants will get the opportunity to individually tap with me, in front of the other participants. If this interests you, please come with an issue that is causing you emotional discomfort of 5/10 or less.
