What we do
This project has been delivered within the Mid North Coast Local Health District and developed a best practice model for enhancing the inclusion of people with disability in the mainstream health system by building the capacity of health staff. Education has also been delivered, and resources developed, to help build the knowledge, skills and confidence of health staff to support patients in a more respectful, inclusive and collaborative way.
